Our wood effect door finishes are available in four grain types; Cherry, Teak, Antique Oak and Golden Oak, providing a high specification, seamless coating across all door and frame surfaces with a rich, consistent grain pattern and UV stabilised colouring. The finish coating is formed using an electrostatically applied polyester powder base coat supplemented by vacuum-wrapped wood grain foil, this is high temperature cured creating a solid finish that is tougher than any conventional liquid paint. This hard outer surface provides enhanced protection to the door system, providing a long lasting weatherproof and colourfast surface barrier. Our base coat and grain-effect finish application processes are accredited under the Qualicoat and Qualideco quality assurance systems, allowing us to provide a 10 year warranty on the surface finish of every one of our doors.
